We are seeking a talented and future-oriented Workplace Specialist to design Kendrion’s future workplace. This exceptional opportunity will allow you to showcase your proficiency in creating innovative workplaces while optimizing our environment. Location
The position may be based in a European country where Kendrion has an office (Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic, Romania), either based in the office or remote. Part-time (70%-100%) or adapted working times will also be considered for this position. Due to the nature of work the candidate should live in the European Union with the legal right to work (natural or with a visa).

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Own and improve the processes of our workplace environment, including but not limited to DaaS, Intune, Autopilot and our global VOIP Communication Platform
• Collaborate closely with our partners, providing guidance and pushing them to excel
• Ensure our users have access to the necessary knowledge and resources
• Foster a continuous learning environment, working alongside our users to improve and optimize processes on a daily basis.
• As Kendrion operates globally, occasional travel within Europe (2-4 times a year) may be necessary
