Senior Data Management Specialist for IFS (m/f/x) Full time

Background & Role

As the Senior Data Management Specialist for IFS, you will join the global and dynamic Enterprise Business Solutions team. You can work from home or in one of our European locations, giving you great flexibility to excel in your work.

The key focus of this role is to lead the data migration and formulate the data architecture related to our new ERP system, IFS Cloud.
This is part of a strategic imperative to truly leverage technology to improve business performance. In this position you will ensure data related projects are delivered to meet project timelines.

Location
Preference for the position to be based in a country where Kendrion has an office (Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic, Romania, USA, India, China)
This role may be fully remote or based in one of our locations.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Formulate a Data Migration Strategy for different data categories during multiple phases of the implementation project, in consultation with different project stakeholders, while defining leading sources and destinations of the data to be migrated
• Managing Data Integrity throughout the phases of implementation, across different environments, to support the processes of training, testing, solution designs and workshops etc.
• You are the Owner of the data migration strategy and plan for the move to IFS Cloud
• Advise project team and business users on Data Cleansing Best Practice and processes
• Provide input for cut-over plan for migrating master data, basic data, open transactions, etc.
• Perform data migration activities for IFS Cloud implementation project
• Our team serves Kendrion globally hence some travel will be required, mostly within Europe. The travel frequency will depend on your location as well as business & project requirements

• Do you have excellent knowledge of IFS Data models and their dependencies?
• Do you have experience in data migration & master data management?
• Have you demonstrated IFS Cloud Implementation Experience?
• Do you have experience in IFS Cloud Data Migration Tools: IFS Data Migration Manager/ IFS Smart Data manager, FND MIG and Excel Add-in?
• Can you show multiple years of experience in running and supporting an IFS data migration?
• Do you have knowledge in other areas of IFS that would also be useful in this role?
• Are you analytical with a solution driven way of thinking?
• Are you able to adapt and address unique challenges in collaborative and creative ways?
• Our team is very international which is why you should feel comfortable speaking English in a professional environment, other Kendrion location language is a plus
